You’ll plan campaigns, manage content, track performance, and make sure our branding not only looks good but delivers real results. Weekly meeting with sales to discuss the gap in closing and how to maximize the ROI. Manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads manager (it would be a great bonus if experienced in Google, TikTok Ads Manager as well) Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI while staying aligned with brand goals. Track and report on campaign performance. Social Media & Content Manage and execute content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. (if you’re familiar with Airtable content management tool that’s great ) Create and coordinate photo/video content (hands-on skills a strong asset). Oversee light website updates (WordPress). Conduct keyword research and implement SEO updates (not a must but considered great asset). Create and order printed promotional material for both locations (posters, flyers etc) CRM & Email / Text Marketing Lead the rollout of a new CRM platform in collaboration with management. Build and manage customer databases across two brands, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation. Develop and improve automated flows, execute email / text campaigns, and loyalty programs. Integrate CRM with paid ads and analytics to track ROI and customer lifetime value. Reporting & Collaboration Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to leadership. Work closely with ownership to ensure alignment between marketing and business goals. Test new AI tools and share ideas that improve efficiency & results to build your role more automated so you can grow as a director, not a doer in the long run. Create SOPs and playbooks for each task assigned to this role. Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing including Meta Ad campaigns, with a track record of measurable results, social media and content creation. Strong skills in photo/video shooting and editing (Reels, CapCut, Canva, etc.). Solid copywriting skills, with a feel for brand voice and tone. Proficiency in CRM tools such as GoHighLevel and social media reporting tools. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and automation workflows. Highly organized, able to manage priorities across two brands simultaneously. Bonus: Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or service-based industries.
