As the founder of INKJI, Ji started her Semi Permanent Makeup career in 2016 as a side hustle while working in Asset Management industry full time. After 3 years, she left her corporate career to pursue SPMU full time and now runs one of the highest Google rated SPMU studio in the city with a successful team of 7. Ji educates clients and students that semi-permanent makeup can truly look effortlessly put together, airy and very natural. Those old auntie’s blue brows era is far in the past. Her all time motto is “less is more”.

BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSIT:

⬥ $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment for all Permanent Makeup services

⬥ Your deposit will be deducted from the total

⬥ All deposits are non-refundable

RESCHEDULE POLICY:

⬥ With a minimum 72 hours notice, the deposit is transferable to reschedule your appointment

⬥ If less than 72 hours notice is given to reschedule, the deposit is forfeited.

SILENT APPOINTMENTS:

⬥ Silent appointments are for those who would like to come to their appointment without the pressures of having to engage in conversation. The only conversation required will be during the consultation, periodically to make sure you are doing ok and to confirm if the technique and saturation is to your liking during the procedure

⬥ Check the “Silent Appointment” box upon booking. No questions asked!

EXISTING BROW TATTOO:

⬥ Please send email us clear photos of your current brows to hello@inkji.co PRIOR to booking an appointment

⬥ Include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many sessions you received so far

⬥ Brow correction is effective only on certain existing tattoo and we need to examine your brows before committing to a correction appointment

CANCELLATION POLICY:

⬥ Deposits are final and non-refundable.

PAYMENT:

⬥ Deposit is made through our online booking system with any major credit card. Remaining balances can be made with cash, e-transfer, debit cards or any major credit cards. There is no refund on the procedure once completed.
